WHAT OUR SUPERVISORS PROVIDE

 

• Review & discussion of data collection and analysis

• Review & feedback regarding program development

• Monitoring the skills of the trainee throughout the supervised experience 

• Developing & communicating performance expectations to the trainee

• Conducting behavioral skills training for the trainee

• Observing the trainee’s performance with clients and delivering feedback

• Modeling technical, professional & ethical behavior

• Observation & feedback may be provided In-person, via Skype, and/or via video review

 

REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)

 

• The Competency Assessment must be completed after the 40-hour training is complete

• The Competency Assessment cannot be completed more than 90 days before submitting the RBT certification application

• The Competency Assessment cannot be completed more than 45 days before the RBT’s certification end date for renewals 

• Cost: $25/week for 1-hour of Study Group

• Cost: $168 for Administration of the Competency Assessment

 

BOARD CERTIFIED ASSISTANT BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCABA)

 

• Applicants must posses or be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree from a qualifying institution. The bachelor's degree may be in any discipline.

• Coursework must come from a qualifying institution and cover the required content outlined in the BACB’s Fourth Edition Task List and Course Content Allocation documents.

• Cost: $65/hr up to 3 supervision hrs per week

• Cost: $50/hr for observation

 

BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)

 

• Applicants must possess or be enrolled in a graduate degree program in an acceptable field of study from a qualifying institution.

• Acceptable fields of study are behavior analysis, education, or psychology.

• Cost: $75/hr for up to 3 supervision hrs/ week

• Cost: $50/hr for observation

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

• Onset of Experience.

  •  Trainees may not start accumulating experience hours until they have started qualifying coursework and secured a qualified supervisor

• Duration of Experience

  •  The timeframe of the experience may not exceed 5  continuous years
