About the Role
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) establish & maintain a therapeutic relationship through pairing. RBTs directly implement behavior-analytic services. They accurately collect behavior data including: A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, event, and interval-based recording. RBTs follow the treatment plan goals and interventions and seeks out appropriate consultation by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Requirements
Must hold or be able to obtain and hold current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
CIMI is willing to pay for the costs of the 40-hour RBT course for eligible candidates
High School Diploma or GED required
Pass State and Federal Criminal Background Check & Child Abuse Registry Check
Reliable transportation required
Hours Per Week: 10-40
Work Location: Multiple locations
